Frequently Asked Questions
Find technical answers, order guidelines, OEM customization details, and export policies for SFC pneumatic components & vacuum systems.
Products & Technical Specifications
Are SFC pneumatic components interchangeable with major global brands?
Yes. Most of our pneumatic cylinders, vacuum cups, and directional valves strictly follow international standard mounting dimensions (such as ISO 15552, ISO 6432, SMC, Festo, and Schmalz cross-references). We provide comprehensive interchangeability charts and dimensional drawings to ensure 100% direct drop-in replacement without modifying your machinery.
Can I request 3D CAD models or STEP files for engineering integration?
Absolutely. We provide free 3D STEP, IGES, and 2D DXF/DWG CAD files for design engineers. You can download CAD files directly from product detail pages or request specific product models via our RFQ form.
What rubber materials do you offer for vacuum suction cups?
We stock and formulate various elastomer compounds depending on your application requirements: NBR (Oil resistant), Silicone (FDA compliant / Food grade / High temp), Viton/FKM (Chemical & extreme heat resistant), Polyurethane/PU (Wear resistant for sheet metal handling), and ESD Conductive Anti-static rubber for semiconductor assembly.
What working temperature and pressure limits apply to SFC cylinders?
Standard SFC cylinders operate at 0.1 to 0.9 MPa (14 to 130 PSI) within a ambient temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. For extreme high-temperature environments (up to +150°C) or low-temperature automation systems (-40°C), custom high/low-temp Viton seal kits are available upon request.
Customization & OEM Services
Do you offer custom cylinder stroke lengths or non-standard mountings?
Yes, non-standard stroke lengths, special piston rod extensions, dual-end rods, and custom mounting brackets are routinely produced. Simply submit your dimensional requirements or hand sketches, and our mechanical design engineers will generate approval drawings before production.
Can you place our company branding/logo on the products and packaging?
We provide full OEM private labeling services. Options include high-precision laser marking for part numbers/logos directly on metal bodies, customized barcode labels, inner box branding, and neutral outer carton packaging for distributor reselling.
How do you handle prototype production for new OEM equipment design?
We offer rapid sampling and prototyping for OEM engineering validation. CNC-machined prototype samples for vacuum grippers or valve manifolds can typically be dispatched within 7-10 working days prior to mold creation or mass batch production.
Orders, MOQ & Samples
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard stocked items (like brass fittings, standard cylinders, and stock vacuum cups), we have NO strict MOQ. You can order small trial batches. For specialized custom rubber formulations or CNC custom manifold blocks, reasonable batch MOQs apply to cover setup costs.
Can I request free evaluation samples?
Free samples are available for standard pneumatic fittings, small tubing, and basic suction cups (buyers cover express courier cost). For complete valve banks or heavy cylinders, samples are provided at sample unit prices and fully refunded upon placing formal batch orders.
How long does it take to receive a formal RFQ quotation?
Our technical sales team guarantees a formal PDF quotation within 24 business hours. Quotations include FOB/CIF pricing tiers, estimated delivery lead times, dimensions, and HS codes for customs estimation.
Lead Times, Shipping & Quality Control
What are your standard production and dispatch lead times?
Stock components ship within 3-5 business days. Standard batch orders take 2-3 weeks. For factory emergencies or machine downtime, we support expedited emergency manufacturing and international express delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Air Freight.
How do you ensure product quality and leak testing?
Every single SFC component undergoes 100% factory pressure, seal integrity, and pneumatic response testing prior to packing. We operate under ISO 9001 quality management guidelines and maintain strict material traceabilities.
What warranty coverage do SFC products carry?
All standard SFC pneumatic products are covered by a 12-Month Quality Guarantee from the date of dispatch. In the rare event of manufacturing defects, we provide free express replacements or credit adjustments without delaying your production schedule.
Payment Methods & Export Terms
What international payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire), Wire Transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C at sight for large contract orders), PayPal, and Credit Card payments for sample orders.
Which shipping incoterms do you support?
We routinely ship under FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai), CIF, CFR, EXW, and DDP/DDU (Door to Door including duties) terms based on your logistics preferences. We work with leading global freight forwarders for air and ocean freight.
